Scott A. Creswell
General Counsel and Company Secretary

Mr. Creswell joined DMI Switzerland in 1986, and for ten years he was senior legal counsel in the legal department. Since 1997 he has been based in Bahrain and is currently the head of the legal department at Ithmaar Bank B.S.C.
Prior to joining DMI, Mr. Creswell practiced law in Chicago, Illinois and is currently admitted to practice before a number of courts, including the Illinois Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court.
