HRH Prince Amr Mohammed Al Faisal
CHAIRMAN
HRH Prince Amr has more than twenty–four years of extensive and diversified experience in commercial and investment banking, executive management, architecture and engineering.He is a member of the Board of Supervisors of Dar Al Maal Al Islami Trust, Faisal Islamic Bank (Sudan) and Faisal Islamic Bank (Egypt) and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Daleel Information Systems. HRH Prince Amr is also Founder and Director of the Red Sea Bureau for Engineering Consultancy (Jeddah), Al Daleel Company For Information Systems (headquartered in Jeddah with sister companies in Tunisia, Sudan and Pakistan), Al Wadi Company For Trading Ltd. (Jeddah) and Amr Establishment for Marketing and Commerce. He is a fellow of the Saudi Association for Construction Societies, City Development and Clean Environment and a member of the Saudi Council of Engineers.HRH Prince Amr holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Architecture from King Abdulaziz University, Saudi Arabia. |

Zamil Abdullah Al-Zamil
Mr. Al-Zamil is Executive Vice President of Zamil Group Holdings Company. He is also Chairman of Zamil Offshore Services Co., and Zamil Operations & Maintenance Co. Ltd. Mr. Al-Zamil is a prominent businessman in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in GCC countries. He is highly educated in the United States with a Masters Degree in Petroleum Engineering from West Virginia University, US. He is represented in various institutions such as the Chamber of Commerce, Industrial Companies and Banks in the capacity of a “Director”. |

Sheikh Mohammed Youseef El Khereiji
Sheikh Mohammed comes from one of the leading merchant families in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He studied in Switzerland and the United Kingdom and graduated with an MBA in Marketing and Finance. He started his career as a consultant and financial adviser for, inter alia, Prudential Bache and BNP Paribas in Geneva. He is currently Chairman of Global Investment and Marketing SAGeneva – Global Hotels and Resorts BV – Marriott European Holding – and Creative Investment and Marketing SA. He is Chief Financial Officer of El Khereiji Group – Chairman of Sage Capital Management Group in Bahrain. Sheikh Mohammed is also Honorary Chairman of the Swiss Red Cross as well as its international Ambassador, and is an active contributor to many charitable entities. He holds many other prominent executive Board positions in Europe and the Middle East. |

Tunku Dato’ Ya’acob Bin Tunku Abdullah
Prince Ya'acob is Chairman of MAA Holdings Berhad (Malaysia), which he joined in 1999. Prior to his current position, Prince Ya'acob worked for 19 years for Malaysian Assurance Alliance Berhad, where his last position was as Chairman. He also worked at Price Waterhouse London (UK) and Malaysia, where he held the position of Assistant Manager in their offices in Kuala Lumpur. Prince Ya'acob holds a Bachelor of Science degree with Honours from the City University in London and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. |

Shaikha Hissah bint Saad Al-Sabah
Shaikha Hissah is President of the Council of Arab Businesswomen. She has had a long history in the Kuwait Government and private voluntary service, including: Department of Medical Services, Research and Development, Military Hospital, Ministry of Defence, State of Kuwait; Adviser, Defence Minister's Office, State of Kuwait; Chairperson of the Narcotics Control Committee; Kuwait Volunteers Women Society; Kuwait Businesswomen Committee; Arab African Women's Council; Honorary Chairperson, Arab Federation of Non-Government Societies for Addiction Prevention; Deputy Chairperson, Kuwait Narcotics Control Committee; and Member, National Committee for Narcotics Control and International Council of Alcohol and Addiction. Shaikha Hissah studied Public Administration and Political Science at the American University of Beirut, Lebanon and has a Doctorate in Humane Letters. |

Abdulhameed M. Aboumoussa
Mr. Aboumoussa is Governor of Faisal Islamic Bank of Egypt, which he joined in 1977. Prior to his current position, Mr. Aboumoussa worked in the Central Bank of Egypt for 16 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Diploma in Finance from Cairo University in Egypt, and a Diploma in Banking Economics from Lwegi Boconi University in Milano, Italy. He is a Member of the coordinating council that determines the monetary and fiscal policy objectives of the Egyptian economy. |

Khalid Abdulla-Janahi
Mr. Janahi is Group Chief Executive of Dar Al-Maal Al-Islami Trust (DMI Trust), Chairman of Faisal Private Bank (Switzerland), DMI Administrative Services and Islamic Investment Company of the Gulf (Bahamas) Ltd., and Chairman of Solidarity Group. He is a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Executive Committee of BBK (formerly known as Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait) and a member of the Board of Faisal Islamic Bank of Egypt. He is a Member of the Board of the Centre for International Business and Management (CIBAM) at the University of Cambridge, UK. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, Mr. Janahi holds a BSc. in Computer Science and Accountancy from the University of Manchester, UK. |

Mohammed A. Rahman Bucheerei
Mr. Bucheerei is the Chief Executive Officer of the Private Offices of HRH Prince Mohamed Al Faisal Al Saud, Saudi Arabia. Prior to this appointment he worked as Executive Vice President of Shamil Bank of Bahrain. He is Member of the Boards of Faysal Bank Limited, Pakistan, Islamic Investment Company of the Gulf (Bahamas) Limited, Overland Capital Group, USA, Silital, Egypt and Solidarity Group, Bahrain. Mr. Bucheerei has around 38 years extensive and diversified experience in accounting, commercial and offshore Banking. |

Nabeel Khaled Mohamed Kanoo
Mr. Kanoo is Senior General Manager of the Kanoo Travel Group, a Director of YBA Kanoo’s Saudi Arabia Board, a Director of YBA Kanoo’s Bahrain Board, a Director of Kanoo Travel Co. UK and France, a Director of Kanoo and El-Shabrawy Ltd Co. Egypt and a Board Member of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce. He is also Chairman of Bahrain’s Tourism Committee and a Board Member of the Bahrain Down Syndrome Society.
Mr. Kanoo worked with Arthur Anderson, Saudi Arabia in 1996 and, for three months, Rosenbluth International, a Professional Travel Company at Philadelphia. He was Holidays Manager at Kanoo Travel in Dubai from 1996 to 1997, National Sales Manager, Kanoo Travel, Saudi Arabia from 1997 to 2000, Executive General Manger, Kanoo Holidays from 2000 to 2002 and Assistant Executive General Manager , Int’l Business Development, Kanoo Travel, from 2002 to 2008 before he was appointed Senior General Manager, Kanoo Travel, in July 2008.
Mr. Kanoo holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree from St. Edwards University, Austin, Texas.
