Ithmaar Bank offers the first-time-in-Bahrain direct interface bill payment system with Batelco, Zain & VIVA. The interface system updates your account instantly on ‘online' payment of your telephone bills, using Ithmaar Internet Banking and Ithmaar Phone-Banking services.
Why Is The Service Unique?
When you pay your telephone bills through other banks, whether it is online, through telephone banking or over the counter, your service account number is updated at least 3-4 days later. At Ithmaar Bank we have developed a direct interface with telecom operator which means, the moment you pay your bill, your account is immediately updated.
How to Register and Utilize this Service
Go to Ithmaar online banking https://ebanking.ithmaarbank.com/RetailBank and enter your User ID and PIN. Click on Utility Bills. Click on Utility Bills Payment and then Utility Bills Maintenance option from the menu. You may add any number of telephone accounts you wish to pay for e.g. home, mobile, work and others.
